Avoid water, perfume, lotions, alcohol, and chemicals. Keeping your jewelry away from water helps the gold-plated finish stay bright and last longer. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after each wear and store separately.
NATURAL GEMSTONES
Protect from impact, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak or use ultrasonic cleaners.
FRESHWATER PEARLS
Pearls are delicate organic gems. Avoid water, perfume, cosmetics, and heat. Wipe gently after wearing and store separately in a soft pouch to prevent scratches.
15 Days Returns
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued for eligible returns, with no restocking fee, provided the item is returned in unused and original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain earrings may not be eligible for return once opened.
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, Natelyrian will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
We offer a hassle-free, no-questions-asked refund for eligible items returned in their original, unused condition within the return period.
